Plug Into the Platforms You Already Use

ARELIA has (2) components that work together to provide you current data analytics.

• ARELIA Web App (uses a web browser) (accessed at https://app.areliatech.com)
• ARELIA Authenticator App (for Mac OS, Windows)

Due to 2 Factor Authentication (2FA) required by some of the services musicians commonly use, some connections need to utilize the ARELIA Auth App which helps you securely login to the service and keeps your data flowing.

Note: our development team is working to integrate the ARELIA Auth app functionality into our web app to make it a more seamless experience for you. Stay tuned!

Most connections use the ARELIA Web App (e.g. accessed via a browser).

Some services use a more complex form of authentication and require us to use the ARELIA Auth App (installed on your laptop/machine).

Here's how you do it:

• To connect a service (DistroKid, Spotify, Amazon Music, Instagram, etc), simply go to your ACCOUNT (click on your avatar), then click on the "CONNECTIONS" tab.
• Select the service (app) you wish to connect and click the “CONNECT” button.
• Follow the login instructions for each service.

*Tip: make sure you have your phone or tablet nearby to complete the 2FA (2-factor authentication) action steps required by each service.

Yes, ARELIA has the ability to filter and segment specific artists info in the data widgets.

In order to do this, you need to have the label/manager subscription. Our basic subscription was created for (1) artist/band. Assuming you have the label/manager subscription, simply select the artists you want to see in the CONNECTIONS panel, within the connections panel of each service (e.g. Spotify, DistroKid, Amazon Music, etc). Then, you need to select the artists (checkbox) in each of the connections you wish to segment data.

Then magic happens... The data tiles in (Streaming, Social, Earnings) will automatically update based on the profile (artist) you select.

Note: not every service allows or even has the functionality to support multiple account profiles. We develop this filtering functionality on a case-by case basis.
