Thank you for using our cloud-based software service. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. This privacy policy explains how we collect, use, and disclose your personal information.

We may collect personal information from you, such as your name, email address, billing information, and other information necessary to provide our service.

We use your personal information to provide and improve our service, to communicate with you, to process payments, and to comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share your personal information with third-party service providers that help us provide our service, such as payment processors and email service providers. We require these third-party service providers to maintain the confidentiality of your personal information.

We take reasonable measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Meta (Facebook and Instagram) Data:

When you connect a Facebook Page or Instagram professional account to ARELIA, we process certain data obtained from Meta platforms in order to provide analytics, connection, and content publishing features.

Data we process:

Depending on the features you use, this may include:

Account & Profile Data:
      • Instagram Business account ID, username, profile picture
      • Facebook Page ID, name, cover photo
Content Interaction & Metrics:
      • Number of likes, comments, shares on posts
      • Follower count and follower change over time
      • Reach, impressions, and engagement statistics
      • Page and account performance metrics such as daily reach and follower growth
Publishing Metadata:
      • Content captions, timestamps, media references
      • Connection status and publishing history
Technical Identifiers:
      • Tokens required for connecting accounts and enabling features
      • Internal identifiers required to associate connected accounts with your workspace

We do not collect or store Facebook or Instagram passwords.

How we process this data:

Meta platform data is processed only after you explicitly authenticate using the official Meta Login interface and grant the requested permissions.

This data is used to:
      • Display connected Facebook Pages and Instagram accounts inside the app
      • Allow you to select which accounts you want to manage
      • Enable publishing of posts to Facebook Pages and Instagram professional accounts
      • Provide analytics and insights such as:
        • follower counts and trends
        • post engagement metrics (likes, comments, shares)
        • reach and impressions statistics
        • historical and comparative analytics for account performance
      • Show connection status and allow account disconnection
      • Securely handle account identity and metrics streaming

Authentication tokens are securely handled by our systems and by our trusted third-party integration partner, which provides content publishing infrastructure and securely manages tokens required to perform publishing actions on your behalf.

Purposes of processing:

We process Meta platform data strictly to:

      • Provide account connection functionality
      • Enable social content publishing features
      • Provide analytics, insights, and performance metrics
      • Ensure posts are published to the correct connected account
      • Maintain the security and integrity of our services

We do not sell Meta platform data and do not use it for advertising or profiling purposes outside of ARELIA.

Data Retention and Deletion:

We retain personal data, including Meta platform data, only for as long as necessary to provide our services and fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required by law.

You may disconnect your Facebook Page or Instagram account at any time from within the application. When an account is disconnected, associated access tokens are revoked and the connection to Meta platforms is removed.

You can disconnect any connected social accounts directly within the ARELIA application at any time via the ACCOUNT -> CONNECTIONS section. Choose Facebook or Instagram and “logout”. 

Disconnecting an account stops further data access, but you may also request full deletion of your data as described below.

How to Request Data Deletion:

You may request access to or deletion of any personal data we process, including any data obtained from Facebook or Instagram platforms.

To request deletion of your data, please fill out this contact form

In your request, please specify that you would like your personal data to be deleted and include the email address associated with your ARELIA account.

A deletion request may include removal of:

      • Account and profile information
      • Connected Facebook and Instagram data
      • Analytics and metrics history
      • Access tokens
      • Publishing-related data
      • Any other personal data associated with your account
Data Deletion Requests:

We will process deletion requests within 30 days of receipt, unless a longer retention period is required by law.

Once your data is deleted, it will no longer be accessible in our systems.

Users may also disconnect any connected social accounts directly within the application at any time via the ACCOUNT -> CONNECTIONS section.

Your Choices:

You may opt-out of receiving promotional emails from us by following the instructions in those emails. If you opt-out, we may still send you non-promotional emails, such as those about your account or our ongoing business relations.

Children’s Privacy:

Our service is not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under the age of 13, we will take steps to delete that information.

Changes to Privacy Policy:

We reserve the right to modify this privacy policy at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of our service after any such modification constitutes your acceptance of the modified privacy policy.
